This Thai Massage Course includes information about the historical background, benefits and contraindications of Thai massage and the energy lines. The participants learn acupressure techniques with the thumbs, the palms of the hands, the elbows and the feet and passive stretches for the following body parts: head, neck, shoulders, face, back side lying, back face down, arms, abdomen and legs. This course with a duration of 30 hours enables the participants to give a relaxing 2-hours Thai massage.
The book of Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai, on which this course is based, is very professional, including photographs and detailed explanations for each technique and mentioning contraindications as much as the muscles that are stretched.

THAI TABLE MASSAGE COURSE IN MARBELLA AND MIJAS
In the Thai Table Massage Course, of 12 hours within one weekend, the participants will learn the Traditional Thai massage techniques adapted to the massage table. This technique is especially suitable for elderly clients or clients with reduced flexibility and for women after the third month of pregnancy. Also in case the masseuse/masseur has knee problems this method is recommendable, because she/he cannot give the traditional thai massage on the futon. This course with a duration of 12 hours enables the students to give a relaxing 90 minutes Thai massage on the massage table.
